Mental health is no joke! "Why bother?" is one of the most insensitive questions to ask. You know what I mean?
I tried to speak with them about depression in the language of hills. They replied to me with vertical gardening issues in the language of mountains.
Seriously? No, I’m just kidding. But, the point is mental health is still a joke and people don’t care.
Maybe, you should… SHUT, THE FUCK, UP? No, frigging, way! I’ll keep writing/monologuing/shouting from the rooftop/anything I’m able to.
Why bother? What if it does give some support for someone else, finally to muster enough courage to open up about their own mental health issues? Maybe. Can be.
Please. Make time. Reach out. Be there for someone. Some other time. Allow others to be there for you too. Sending much love for everyone who's in need of it. Hugs.

DEPRESSION [VERB] Andrea Gibson
