Give Yourself Space Away from the Insecurities and Its Overwhelming Noise

The moment I stepped outside - seeking light - all the noise and clutter became so overwhelming and intimidating. Further, when you understand there won’t be a single person to make you feel seen/heard/understood, things will only be getting more unbearable.

This is the exact moment when all the insecurities are ready to kick in, and there shows up my inferiority, worthlessness, shame, and hopelessness asking that suffocating question: "no one notices me, or everyone avoids me?" My insecurities thus add more noise and clutter to my mind. It leads me back to that inescapable helplessness over and over again.

One somehow starts to believe it as the only belief system & support system that's available for oneself.

But... In time, I realised that all I had to do was not to get bogged down in the noise and clutter. Just that (that won't be easy. But, eventually, you'll get there.). That alone gave me space, and peace.  That peace was so much needed to hang in there; to hold on. “Hold on.” I told myself.
